30-day returns: If you're not in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

 

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

 

How to start: Email hello@maisonclaire.co with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
